We believe great stays come from more than just clean sheets and fast Wi-Fi (though we offer both!). At South Shore Suites, every detail is chosen with purpose:

  • No TV in the living room (by design): We’ve intentionally created a space that encourages presence—whether you’re connecting with loved ones, reading a book, or exploring everything Florida has to offer.

  • Flexible lagoon access: Just a short walk away, the South Shore Lagoon offers crystal-clear waters perfect for paddle boarding or lounging. (Access available for an additional fee—ask us how to book!)

  • Remote-work friendly: With strong Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace, you’ll be well-equipped if you need to balance work with play.

  • Fully stocked kitchen: Cook a meal, brew some coffee, or enjoy takeout with ease—our kitchen is set up to feel like home.

Weekend visit with my mom at Sun City Center so this was a perfect location only five minutes away. The unit was brand new and very comfortable. Stephanie was amazing with her communication and very responsive. We will definitely return and stay at this place again in the future.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive.
The location was ideal—close to family which is what I was looking for. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing. Sometimes places can be deceiving but Stepanie’s place is exacally how it appears in the photos.
I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to stay!
